Exercises with stomach

Start slowly doing your exercises with stomach. The different exercises range from very simple to rather difficult, and should be approached gradually. Try half the exercises related to stomach with one repeat at first, then the other half repeated once. If you feel stiff or sore the next day, you did too much. Gradually reduce the number of exercises in one day’s session and increase the repeats to a level that feels comfortable. Suppose if anyone’s current level is 12 repeats of 8 exercises, but he have been at it a long time. If you can’t do them all, do those you can and don’t worry about the rest. If a specific exercise seems too difficult, or causes pain, soreness or stiffness, leave it out. After several months of conditioning, see if you can add it without strain. If not, leave it out again. Do your exercises daily. Although any time that’s convenient is fine, you are less apt to become a drop-out if you do your exercising first thing in the morning. Before you begin measure your girth at the level of your navel with hour stomach relaxed. Then pull your stomach in as far as once a month on the same date. You may notice improved abdominal strength in a few weeks, but you probably won’t see improvement for a month or more. So please keep doing exercises regularly and be fit that will leads you to happy life without any medical expenses.
